Endurance Tested: 20,000km Overlanding on African roads takes a Toll on Defender and Adventurers. Discover the repairs undertaken to restore their car's condition for the upcoming leg.

Covering Kenya to Namibia in 4 months, they tackled Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, and Namibia. Bluelandy's overdue maintenance involved rear stub axle, wheel bearings, brake pads, bushings, oil, filters, and a WIF sensor upgrade.

Performing these essential repairs at a well-equipped workshop proved vital, as most wouldn't have been feasible in remote areas. This marked the first intensive maintenance in 14 months and 48,000km since departing Germany.
